COVID 19: Establishments opening on May 1st, 2020

Rona Got Me Like?!?!?!
If you haven’t been living under a rock, you probably are aware of COVID 19. That’s right. The pandemic that has been controlling our “social lives” for the past month in a half. On March 17, 2020, everything was fine until the stay home order was put in place. No more going to work, eating out at restaurants, and no more social activities with more than 10 people. Yes, this shit got real. I mean it’s like something we’ve never seen before. As the days go by, the weeks trickle on; at some point life has to go on.
On April 29, 2020, it was reported that some of Texas’ establisments will be open to the public on May 1st. These establishments must only open their doors to 25% of their buyers. Meaning out of 100 people only 25 will be able to dine in. While that’s all nice and dandy, one may ask, “Is this too soon?”
Above you see one of the many emails I’ve received this week promoting the doors reopening of some of Dallas’ beloved restaurants.
So what does this mean for the Big D?
Well, it means that everything is kind of getting back to “normal.” For weeks, we have been cooped up in our homes, patiently waiting for the green light to go and enjoy our lives again. Hopefully, this will all be in the past
